Step by step
- Open the fish as instructed in the film
- Expose the kidney
- Use a new sterile scalpel blade for incision and sampling of the kidney tissue
- Trim kidney sample in a sterile scalpel blade package
- Put A&B sample in the RNA-later tube
- Lid on
- Make sure kidney tissue is covered in RNA-later
